Bullet, "Chapter leader or coordinator" Should "organization requirement" be changed to "governance requirement" to distinguish it from other requirements that are not specific to leaders (open, 2/yr meetings, etc)?

Nwhysel (talk) 10:50, 25 March 2015 (CDT)

We may wish to add a section on notifying the Foundation of leadership changes to ensure all leaders receive benefits and commucations afforded to that role.

5.2: Transferring Leadership

We should include a statement on transferring leadership when it is not the leader's choice. For example:

When the Foundation determines that a chapter is inactive, the leader will be notified and given seven days to respond, before their name is removed and the position is marked OPEN. In the case where someone offers to restart an apparently inactive chapter where a leader name is listed, every attempt will be made to contact the listed leader to notify them of the suggested transition and the leader will have seven days to respond.

5.5: Legal Entity

Strike reference to global chapters committee. Also should we reiterate that chapter leaders can't enter into contracts?

5.6: Disputes

Replace these bullets with reference to the Whistleblower policy and arbitration process.
