I have an earned degree in programming from when the platforms and languages were very different than what is predominant today. However the concepts of input validation and output filtering (formatting) were basically the same. Now they're categorized under security instead of functional requirements. Still critical.
My career started in programming, then transitioned through individual and management roles in various support, infrastructure and security capacities. I'm now back full circle to my roots in programming, with a role as part of a team helping in house developers write more secure code.
I am one of the five founding members that have restarted the Charlotte OWASP Chapter.
The fastest way to contact me is via the Charlotte Chapter's mailing list. I'll either contact you back directly or someone else on the mailing list might be able to provide what you need.
