September Meeting

When: Tuesday, September 18, 2018 - 6:00 PM

Topic: Security Shift Left! Enable, Protect, and Execute.

Discussion around the shift in the landscape of enterprise technology being driven by their online presence and what that means for the security community. As more and more enterprises adopt a shift-left mentality, move to the cloud, and migrate their business to the web, security must follow suit. How do we as security professionals ensure we are supporting and enabling the business while still protecting its most critical assets? We’ll take a high level look at a modern security approach, introduce tools to enable the development teams, and how we can start to put the "Sec" in "DevOps".
