Participation

OWASP chapter meetings are free and open to anyone interested in application security. We encourage members to give presentations on specific topics and to contribute to the local chapter by sharing their knowledge with others. Prior to participating with OWASP please review the Chapter Rules.

To join the chapter mailing list, please visit our mailing list homepage. The list is used to discuss the meetings and to arrange meeting locations. You can also review the email archives to see what folks have been talking about. Please check the mailing list before coming to a meeting to confirm the location and time and to catch any last minute notes.

Bienvenido al capítulo oficial de OWASP en la República de Panamá, fundado en enero de 2006. Nuestro propósito es el libre desarrollo del conocimiento, en un ámbito de estudio para perfeccionar el saber en seguridad sobre aplicativos web.

Nuestras reuniones están dirigidas a investigadores, desarrolladores, especialistas y a todo aquel entusiasta de la Seguridad de la Información de la República de Panamá, las cuales se llevan a cabo durante el segundo jueves de cada mes. Si quieres participar de nuestro capítulo, puedes ingresar al mail list y así compartir junto a nosotros todas tus inquietudes.

El líder del capítulo oficial de OWASP en la República de Panamá, es el presidente de DIGITAL TRUSTED Corporation, Lic. Martín Horacio Trabucco.

Our meetings are addressed to all the professionals and specialist in Information Security in The Republic of Panama, which will be taking place in our facilities located in ISIC (International Security Information Center), Ciudad del Saber, on each second Thursday every month.

Primer acercamiento virtual de miembros de Owasp-Panamá con invitados especiales de Owasp-Argentina, como actividad inaugural de nuestro servidor de IRC. La idea es tener un punto de encuentro virtual, para mantenernos en una comunicación más fluida con miembros de nuestra y otras comunidades. En esta reunión se establecieron temas de interés y objetivos en común de los miembros.

The members' first virtual approximation of Owasp-panama hat with special guests of Owasp-Argentine, as inaugural activity of our IRC server. The idea is to have a point of virtual meeting, to be keep fluid communication with members of our and others communities. In this meeting topics of interest were established and objectives in common of the members.
